I was at the gym today and weight myself to determin the startweight and I have to admit it was more than i expected. It showed 264 lbs. Wow, i was shoked but seeing such a big number, makes me even more determined to lose all the redundant fat.
I stepped on the treadmill and ran for an hour. Felt really good, especially when I was finished haha. I was surprised, that I could run 6 miles in this one hour cardio session.
Here is a picture of my starting body:

I have a long way to go, but I am convinced that at september 1th, I will have reached my goal of 180lbs, so I can live a healthy and confident lifestyle again, like before I got that fat. You are invited to follow my transformation.

I recently joined the crew team at my college, and let me tell you, the psychical regiment that we go through is very intense... if you are looking for a nice cardio exercise, jump on a rowing machine for a half hour or more!
what westus said, rowing can be very hard sometimes but it can pay off.
also stair machines do great too.
Don't lose hope my friend, as of last year I've lost 60lbs. I'm now going to the gym nearly every night and toning up living a healthier lifestyle.
It's a great feeling when you can't fit into your clothes anymore. :D
Good luck you can do it!
You'll make it man. Just keep at it.
I wish you luck, man! I'm sure you can make it.
good luck and keep on training
Keep it up man! followed!

You need to eat right (protein) and lift weights, otherwise you will only get flabby and weak after cardioing all tha tweight off ;)
I got a menial job where I walk around all day. Lost 50 lbs that way myself. Jogged a small bit some during that time, but not much. I'd still like to lose another 10 lbs, but I think that will require exercise on my part. Maybe you will motivate me, and I'll take up some cardio workouts too!
I hope you can reach your goal, walking to school is enough exercise for me ^-^
With a body semi-fat like that you are going to be a beast when you'll work out seriously, a friend of mine lost 15 Kg in less than a year and he is buffed like crazy now
good luck!
I hope you reach your goal.
keep posting
you'll definitely make it! show everyone and be proud :)
I wish I had your motivation!

Dude good luck... one piece of advice. This is a cumulative effort so MOMENTUM is what's important. If you fall off the wagon and eat junk food, get back on as soon as possible. The little things add up so keep working and DON'T STOP!
I sure will follow your progress. thats why i followed in the first place haha
good luck again :) i m sure you can do it!
