It's been a while since my last post, but i had so much stuff to get done. Now I want to start blogging about my transformation, about nice products i find or just about random stuff on a more freqeuent level. I try to post like once per day. That beeing said, I finally subscribed to a gym 5mins away from my place and created a training routine that I like a lot. It's basicly alternating between lifting weights and cardio. The explicit workouts will be
posted in the next few days. I will train until summer comes like that:
Mon: Back & Biceps
Tue: cardio
Wed: Chest & Triceps
Thur: cardio
Fri: cardio
Sat: Legs & Shoulders
Sun: off
That's it for now, see you at the gym :P

Good luck to you! I'm currectly in the process of transformation too. I was a skinny little boy, but now after months of training and healthy eating, I've gained some noticable results.
good luck, show results!
I have trouble motivating myself to work out. best to you!
I've been using a similar regiment of exercise, but more geared toward joining the army so just things like push-ups, sit-ups, and cardio. good list and having different muscle groups used each day.
gl!!!!
you have to relax min. 1 day betweet trainingdays. important!

@ have fun: Is it not just one relaxing day between the days/times you train ONE muscle?
Good luck with the exercising!
I'll be checking back to see your progress. Great blog!

I wish I had a regular routine. I pretty much just get to the gym at 2am then do some cardio then weights then cardio and I'm out.
Lol.
Here's mine:
Sunday: Cardio.
Monday: Cardio.
Tuesday: Cardio.
Wednesday: Cardio.
Thursday: Cardio.
Friday: Booze.
Saturday: Cardio.
I need to excercise. I think I'd be happy with some jogging, situps, and pushups, myself. And perhaps some dynamic strength, I used to like that.
Good Luck!!!
